The Powerline System is a team marketing system built and run by an independent distributor of Zilara. It is not Zilara, it is not owned by Zilara, and nothing on it is a statement by Zilara. Your Zilara account, the products, the pay plan, refunds and every commission are governed by Zilara's own terms, policies and procedures, which you agree to with the company directly. Where this page and the company's policies say different things, the company's policies win.
When you claim a position and confirm your email, a free Zilara account is created for you in the background, under the person whose link you used, with the details you gave. It costs nothing and no card is taken. You are telling us to do that when you tick the box and press the button, and we record the moment you did.
Placement is a manual process done by your sponsor, and purchase order is a best effort, never a guarantee.
Placement is done by hand by the sponsor. Best efforts are made to place everyone in the order their order came in, and that order is not guaranteed. Sponsors are notified inside Zilara and inside the Powerline System the moment somebody is waiting, and if a sponsor does not place people in purchase order within the company's seven-day window, the company places them automatically, wherever it decides. So purchase order is what everyone works to, and nobody can promise it.
Because of that, nothing on this site, in any email from it, in any training on it, or said by anyone on the team is a promise about where you will be placed, which leg you will be in, how deep your position will be, who will be placed under you, or that anyone who joins after you will be below you. The team line you can see on the site shows how many people have joined across the whole team and is shown for momentum only. Nobody on it is under anybody because of where they sit on it, and being ahead of somebody on that line is not a placement.
Once the company has placed a position it is the company's structure, not ours, and any question about a placement that has been made is decided by the company under its own policies.
This is an independent business opportunity. It is not a job, no income is promised or implied, and any business takes real work. Results depend entirely on individual effort and on the company's pay plan, which the company can change. Nobody on this team is allowed to tell you what you will earn, and if somebody does, they are speaking for themselves and not for the system.
By claiming a position you agree that the system and your sponsor may contact you by email and, where you gave a number, by text, about your position, your account and the team. Every message carries a way to stop them, and stopping is honoured. The follow-up is written as it goes, for where you actually are, and you can end it at any time.
Every product purchase is made with Zilara, under Zilara's own refund policy, and the system never takes your money for a product. Any service sold on this site separately from the company says its own price, terms and refund window on the page where you buy it.
Your name, email, number and referral details are used to run the system, to create your account with the company, and to show your sponsor who their link has brought. They are not sold. The company holds its own copy under its own privacy policy once your account exists.
The Powerline System is built for this team and is not discussed in company trainings, company groups, company Zooms or public threads. Members share their own link with the people they are bringing in, which is exactly what it is for, and keep the system itself between us.
